For custom invitations, I recommend reaching out at least 6 months before your wedding date to allow time for design, revisions, and production. Semi-custom invitations require a minimum of 3 months before your mail-out date.
You’ll need one invitation per household, not per guest. I typically include extras in the count when I print & produce the suites. You'll receive the exact amount as ordered, plus a keepsake and photographer's copy. Suites are priced to include up to 100 suites. Additional suites over 100 are $100 per 10 additional suites.
Consider your RSVP date (typically 4 weeks before the day of the wedding); to have your invites ready to mail, invitation suites should be finalized by 10 weeks before the day of the wedding so that you can mail them 8 weeks prior to the wedding day.
Yes! For Package 1 custom orders, I offer full assembly, stamping, sealing, and mailing from my Richmond, VA studio so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. Other packages vary, but full assembly can be added on to any package, including Semi-Custom.
Yes! All of my custom invitation packages include digitally printed guest and return addressing. At this time I am not offering calligraphy addressing.
You can expect your first round of in the clients-only portal within four weeks of the deposit being paid for custom suites. Proofs are generally sent within two weeks for Semi-Custom. After the initial proof is sent, we'll collaborate to ensure each element of your suite is thoughtfully and carefully curated.

Custom invitations begin at $1400, with pricing based on printing methods, materials, and design complexity with the package you select. Most fully custom clients spend an average of $4500. Semi-custom invitations begin at $800. Day-of stationery pricing varies—please inquire for a quote.
Sure! This design-only service is $1000 and can be done within four weeks and will include a printing guide for your convenience. For the design-only service, letterpress and metallic foil are not available. Alternatively, you can utilize my DIY Consultation Service which gives you access to my expertise for all aspects of the process while you design and print your own invites.
Life is complicated and the unexpected is to be expected! The deposit is non-refundable as this helps to protect my business due to turning away all other bookings for your allocated design time. I hope you understand that deposit is insurance for my business to stay afloat in the event of a cancellation.
